*NOTE: THE DATES TO THE LEFT OF EACH PROJECT NAME ARE NOT THE BID DATES FOR THE PROJECTS!!! You must click on the file within each project file that is titled, “Bid Information” to get the bid date for each project.

To Get Plans:

1. ONLINE: Click on the link above to view plans, specs, and find out bid dates and other important information. These plans can be printed or downloaded from our website. 

2. CD COPIES: CD copies of plans and specs can be purchased for $2 per copy (to cover the cost of the CD, case, scanning in the documents, etc.)  If you would like the CD to be mailed to you, please call us to give us your address.  For quicker delivery, give us your Lone Star or Fed Ex number.  It can also be ready for pickup at the front desk.

3. PRINTED PLANS: A hard copy of plans can be printed for $2 per page, and specs can be printed at no cost.  To order plans, call our Houston office to have a “Request for Plans” form faxed to you.  Fill it out, fax it back to us, and the documents will be printed.  Please call before picking up the printed plans to make sure they are ready. 

The choice is yours. We will continue to fax Invitations to Bid for each project, but you may also check our website periodically to find out about upcoming bids.  Please watch for future bid announcements and let us know how we can accommodate you, as we build a better future, together.

Please call our Houston office to request a set of plans to be printed at no charge. The plans may be picked up, e-mailed, or mailed.
